WARD VILLAGE® WELCOMES TEN NEW BUSINESSES TO KŌʻULA
New tenants introduce parkside health, wellness and dining experiences to the neighborhood starting this fall

HONOLULU – Ward Village®, the award-winning destination in the heart of Honolulu to live, shop, dine, and explore, will welcome ten new businesses to Kōʻula, one of the neighborhood’s newest residential buildings adjacent to Victoria Ward Park. Three health and wellness shops and seven food and beverage offerings will all join the master planned community starting this fall.
“Ward Village has become one of the best places to find a vibrant mix of restaurants, retailers and experiences,” said Taylor Herring, General Manager of Ward Village®. “We look forward to introducing brands new to the islands and original concepts from local businesses to our community.”
The ten new businesses include Nori Bar, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Happy Lemon, Dean & Deluca, Onkee, StretchLab, Body Fit Training, Tonkatsu Kuro, Black Sheep Cream Company and Westman Café.

Serving hand roll sushi with fresh fish sourced from Hawaiʻi, Nori Bar will have an extensive lunch and dinner menu, available to dine in or take out.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Licensed massage therapists at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa provide relaxation with a variety of massage options, including Swedish and deep tissue. These techniques can help improve circulation and expedite recovery after exercise.

Happy Lemon is a bubble tea shop offering freshly brewed, hand-made tea. They also serve real fruit smoothies, along with Ube and Milk Tea soft serve with tasty bubble waffles.
Dean & Deluca serves freshly baked goods and gourmet food options including, soups, salads, pastas, grilled poultry, meats, sandwiches to name a few. Along with pau hana cocktails and specialty beverages. The café also brews artisan coffee with unique flavors complementing Hawaiʻi’s distinct taste.
Onkee, is a high-end Korean BBQ-style Yakiniku steakhouse opening its first Hawaiʻi location at Ward Village. The restaurant serves premium meat, seafood, side dishes, and other traditional Korean cuisine.

StretchLab will bring its national franchise to the neighborhood, offering assisted stretching services to reduce pain and increase flexibility. The Ward Village location will be the first of several storefronts in Hawaiʻi.
Body Fit Training, operated by the same company as StretchLab, will bring high-energy group strength training programs to its first Hawaiʻi location at Kōʻula. The 50-minute classes aim to create positive outcomes for all skill levels.
Tonkatsu Kuro
Tonkatsu Kuro is a new restaurant serving traditional Japanese tonkatsu, made of breaded, deep-fried pork cutlets. The menu will feature the highest quality ingredients, as well as cold and hot noodle options.
Black Sheep Cream Company will bring its fifth Hawaiʻi-based ice cream shop to Ward Village. Known for their unique ice cream flavors that rotate monthly, they also offer floats, affogato, and pints to go.

Westman Café and Lounge serves brunch, cocktails, and dinner in an upscale and modern setting. The unique menu includes soufflé pancakes, wagyu loco moco, oxtail soup, avocado toast, and vegan poke bowls. Ward Village will become its second location in Hawaiʻi, following its Waikīkī site.
