Innovative fitness studio opens at Kō‘ula Shops, enhancing wellness options for the community
HONOLULU (October 14, 2024) — Ward Village®, the award-winning destination in the heart of Honolulu, welcomes Body Fit Training to Kōʻula Shops. Known for its innovative group strength training programs, Body Fit Training will host the soft opening of its first location on Oʻahu on October 15, with a grand opening celebration to follow on November 2.

Building on its success in Australia and New Zealand, Body Fit Training’s 2,997-square-foot studio at Kōʻula Shops, designed by PSA Architects and built by Dave Foster Builders, will be one of the largest in the country. Featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a distinctive design, the studio will offer 14 class types led by highly accredited coaches, catering to all fitness levels in a supportive environment.
Body Fit Training offers a variety of 50-minute classes focusing on strength, cardio, endurance, or a combination of these elements. The studio, equipped with squat racks, bench presses, plated weights, and various cardio machines, supports a diverse membership by catering to all fitness levels through scalable exercises, personalized coaching and expert guidance.

Body Fit Training will operate during the following hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Friday: 5 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
