WARD VILLAGE® WELCOMES LEMON SUPPLY TO SOUTH SHORE MARKET
Sister company to Scratch Kitchen opens new lemonade and smoothie bar February 1

HONOLULU – Ward Village®, the award-winning destination in the heart of Honolulu to live, shop, dine and explore, just got sweeter with the addition of Lemon Supply, the neighborhood’s latest dining concept serving up all-natural, fresh-squeezed lemonade. Offering exciting flavors like Yuzu, Li Hing Mui and Pink Raspberry, Lemon Supply will open its doors on February 1 with a limited menu, followed by a grand opening on March 1.

“Lemon Supply is the newest concept from the team behind Scratch Kitchen, a favorite in our neighborhood,” said Jeff Chen, Senior General Manager of Ward Village®. “At Ward Village, we’re always looking for ways to help our current tenants expand their businesses and welcome new concepts to our growing community.”
The 451-square-foot storefront will provide patrons with an array of natural, freshly pressed beverage options. In addition to its craft lemonades, Lemon Supply will offer a tea lemonade line featuring a variety of fruit milk drink options. Perfect to grab and go, an array of toasts, from honey to breakfast, will be available to accompany each flavorful sip.
Committed to its mission to reduce waste, Lemon Supply recycles each used lemon peel to create a sweet and flavorful “Lemon Jerky” treat. Customers who purchase their beverage in a Lemon Supply Mason jar can bring it for a refill during their next visit to receive a discounted price.

“Ward Village provided us with a fantastic opportunity to expand our brand and share our love for simple and tasty drinks year-round,” said Gary Chen, owner of Lemon Supply. “We are thrilled to provide community members with high-quality, handcrafted juices and more.”
Previously located in Shirokiya at Ala Moana Center, Lemon Supply will be open every day, Sunday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

About Ward Village®
Ward Village is a 60-acre master-planned community by The Howard Hughes Corporation® in the heart of Honolulu, located between downtown and Waikīkī. Honoring the distinct history of its land, Ward Village is at the forefront of sustainable community development – integrating striking architecture, culture and arts, and public open space. At full build-out, the community will include approximately one million square feet of unique retail and thousands of homes, in what Architectural Digest named “Best Planned Community in the United States.”
As a result of strong demand for new housing in urban Honolulu, Ward Village is quickly approaching sellout of its first six mixed-use residential towers—Waiea®, Anaha®, Ae‘o®, Ke Kilohana®, ʻAʻaliʻi® and Kō‘ula® transforming the popular shopping and dining district into a thriving urban neighborhood that offers ocean views and open space, including its newest outdoor gathering place, Victoria Ward Park. New residential buildings in development or under construction include Victoria Place® and Kalae. Since launching public sales in July 2021, The Park Ward Village has become the fastest-selling market tower in the history of Ward Village. Approved by the Hawaiʻi Community Development Authority (HCDA) in 2021, The Park Ward Village and Ulana Ward Village will be the newest mixed-use developments to join the neighborhood.
As a LEED-ND Platinum-certified master planned community, Ward Village demonstrates its commitment to responsible, mixed-use development by investing in public benefits and amenities for Honolulu’s urban community. For more information, visit www.wardvillage.com.
