WARD VILLAGE® OFFERS FIRST LOOK AT ULANA WARD VILLAGE
Newest reserved housing project offers 697 exceptional homes to local residents

HONOLULU – Ward Village®, a 60-acre master-planned community in the heart of Honolulu, today released renderings of its newest mixed-use development, Ulana Ward Village. Located adjacent to the new Ka Laʻi o Kukuluāeʻo Park, Ulana will provide approximately 697 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes priced to meet the needs of local residents and families.
“We are excited to advance quality homes for kamaʻāina in our vibrant and growing neighborhood,” said Kaʻiulani Sodaro, Senior Vice President of Planning & Development at Ward Village. “For the benefit of our community, we accelerated plans to bring these homes to market and front-load reserved housing in Ward Village as a major commitment to our long-term investment in Honolulu.”
Residences at Ulana Ward Village will feature sweeping ocean, city and mountain views, as well as unique amenities at the ground level. Homeowners will enjoy the Ulana Lawn combined with a keiki play area, barbeque cabanas and indoor-outdoor gathering spaces.
Ulana’s development includes the adjacent Ka Laʻi o Kukuluāeʻo Park that will transform 30,000 square feet into an additional public, open green space. Ka Laʻi o Kukuluāeʻo Park references the calm of Kukuluāeʻo and reflects the traditional place name for the area. Along with the new park and homes, the addition of light industrial and street-front commercial spaces on Pohukaina Street will activate the neighborhood and serve as a connection in bridging together Ward Village and the broader Kaka‘ako community.
The design team for Ulana Ward Village is a distinguished group of Hawai‘i-based firms, including architecture by AHL, interiors by InForm Design and landscape design by PBR Hawai‘i.
The Ward Village Sales Gallery is located at 1240 Ala Moana Blvd. (the IBM Building). For more information, visit www.wardvillage.com, email sales.info@wardvillage.com or call 808-369-9600.

About Ward Village®
Ward Village is a 60-acre master-planned community by The Howard Hughes Corporation in the heart of Honolulu, located between downtown and Waikīkī. Honoring the distinct history of its land, Ward Village is at the forefront of sustainable community development – integrating striking architecture, culture and arts, and public open space. At full build-out, the community will include approximately one million square feet of unique retail and thousands of homes, in what Architectural Digest named “Best-Planned Community in the United States.”
As a result of strong demand for new housing in urban Honolulu, Ward Village is quickly approaching sellout of its first four mixed-use residential towers — Waiea®, Anaha®, Ae‘o®, and Ke Kilohana® — transforming the popular shopping and dining district into a thriving urban neighborhood that offers ocean views and open space, including its newest outdoor gathering place, Victoria Ward Park. New residential buildings in development or under construction include ʻA‘ali‘i, Kō‘ula, and Victoria Place. Since launching public sales in January 2020, Victoria Place has become the fastest-selling market tower in the history of Ward Village. Approved by the Hawaiʻi Community Development Authority (HCDA) in 2021, The Park Ward Village and Ulana Ward Village will be the newest mixed-use developments to join the neighborhood.
Ward Village is the first-ever LEED‐ND Platinum-certified master-planned community in the country, and the only in Hawai‘i. At the forefront of sustainable development, it features public amenities at a scale not offered by any other urban community in the state. For more information, visit www.wardvillage.com.
