Third quarter results highlight strong market demand as development accelerates across the 60-acre community
HONOLULU (November 10, 2025) – Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. today announced record-breaking third-quarter results highlighted by unprecedented condominium pre-sales at Ward Village®, the company’s 60-acre master planned community in the heart of Honolulu.
Fueled by the success of six new towers recently launched or under construction, Ward Village achieved $1.4 billion in total pre-sales, led by the luxury towers ‘Ilima Ward Village and Melia Ward Village, which together generated $280 million in penthouse pre-sales and are already 57% pre-sold. Across the community’s six newest towers, 2,070 residences have been sold or pre-sold, including 97% of The Park Ward Village®, 93% of Kalae, 68% of The Launiu Ward Village®—which recently broke ground—and 100% of the newly opened Ulana Ward Village®.
